With over seven years of experience running operations in a fast-paced startup, I’ve handled it all: customer support, HR, finance, governance, compliance, and every unexpected challenge that comes with building something from the ground up.
Before that, I worked in the corporate world in relocation, so I know the difference between structured systems and the controlled chaos of a startup.

I thrive in the early stages—getting things set up, creating a strong foundation, and preparing for the next level of growth.
I’ve seen what happens when things go wrong, and more importantly, I know how to turn them around. Founders need to focus on their vision, not spreadsheets and admin headaches. That’s where I come in. I bring a solid ear, a strong opinion, and a sharp eye for what’s coming next.
